Shipping Information

Each journal is made to order. Please allow 3–6 business days for production before your order ships. Once on its way, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location.

Because each journal is created just for you, most orders arrive within about 2 weeks from the time of purchase.

We’re a small, growing studio, and every order supports independent creative work. Thank you for your patience while we make something special for you.

You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your journal ships.

Delays

Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, or high-volume periods. We appreciate your patience and will always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll help make it right.
